Apple released the iPhone 16 series earlier today, with 1 of the new features hardware-wise being the solid-state ‘Camera Control’ button. Well, it looks like the feature won’t be unique to the iPhones for long, as realme’s upcoming smartphone will also sport a similar hardware button and features.
According to GizmoChina which sourced a Weibo post by realme VP Xu Qi Chase, the company’s upcoming device will also feature a solid-state button similar to the Camera Control button on the iPhone 16 series. While he didn’t expressly say which device, it’s highly likely that the smartphone would be the company’s upcoming flagship, the realme GT 7 Pro.
Besides that, Xu Qi also alluded that the GT 7 Pro will launch in China around November 2024. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed yet.
