realme has officially launched the realme GT 8 Pro and the realme GT 8 Pro Dream Edition, alongside the brand-new realme Buds Clip open-fit earbuds. In this article, we will be taking a look at the new GT 8 Pro models, prices and availability.
The realme GT 8 Pro
realme positions the GT 8 Pro as its “Ultimate Performance Flagship,” as it runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with the Hyper Vision+ AI chip. Keeping things cool is a massive 7000mm² cooling system, while powering everything is a huge 7000mAh battery with 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
The realme GT 8 Pro debuts the industry’s first RICOH GR mobile camera system, developed through a four-year partnership with the iconic Japanese photography brand. The main camera uses a 7P High-Transmittance lens, delivering the highest optical standards expected from RICOH GR.
Users can also toggle between 28mm and 40mm focal lengths in GR mode. For telephoto, the phone packs a 200MP ultra-clear telephoto camera capable of crisp shots at 3x, 6x, and 12x zoom. realme has even been appointed the Official Imaging Partner by the Sabah Tourism Board for the “Explore the Beauty of Sabah” campaign.
realme GT 8 Pro Dream Edition
Alongside the standard model, realme also introduced the GT 8 Pro Dream Edition, co-designed with the Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team. The Dream Edition comes in an exclusive Aston Martin Racing Green colourway, accented with Lime Essence highlights, a central silver Aston Martin emblem, and an Aerodynamic Flow Line design.
The switchable camera deco is enhanced with racing-inspired motifs, while the interface includes AMR25 dynamic wallpapers and a track-sound GT Mode. Even the packaging gets the premium treatment, shipped in a special racing-inspired box that reinforces the motorsport aesthetic and the “Race Your Own Way” theme.
Prices and Availability
The realme GT 8 Pro is priced at RM4299, and pre-orders are open from 11 to 28 November 2025, while the first sale runs from 29 November 2025 to 1 January 2026. It will be available through realme Brand Stores, authorised dealer outlets, and realme’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Pre-order customers will receive gifts worth up to RM1197, including a RM200 rebate, a realme Watch 5, a detachable camera decoration protective cover set for the standard variant, a special PWP offer for the realme Buds Clip, and a one-year extended warranty.
On the other hand, the Dream Edition is priced at RM4699, with the same pre-order and first sale dates as the standard model. Pre-order customers will receive gifts valued at up to RM998, including a RM200 rebate, a realme Watch 5, a special PWP offer for the realme Buds Clip, and a one-year extended warranty.
