realme GT release: SD888, 120Hz display, up to 12GB RAM from ~RM2240
realme has officially unveiled the realme GT smartphone in the global market that comes with a price of 449 Euros (~RM2240) for the 8GB + 128GB variant while the 12GB + 256 GB variant is priced at 599 Euros (~RM2988). Unfortunately, there’s no official information in regards to the Malaysia release date, so check back with us for more updates on that.
In terms of the tech specs, the smartphone series comes equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 12GB RAM, 6.43-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED 120Hz display, and a 4500mAh battery that supports up to 65W fast charging. Additionally, it has a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP rear camera, while the front has a 16MP front-facing selfie camera.
As for the features, the phone comes with a 360Hz touch sampling rate, allowing the device to detect the user’s input much faster for a more responsive gameplay experience. Additionally, it has a 3.5mm audio jack, under-display fingerprint sensor, and it’s available in Yellow, Blue, and Silver colour schemes.
The Racing Yellow colour variant has a speed-inspired design with its dual-tone vegan leather for a more sporty look, and it is also fingerprint-resistant. Furthermore, when playing mobile games, the phone uses a stainless steel cooling system capable of reducing more heat than its predecessor.
When it comes to photography and videos, it has various features, including AI Scene Recognition, Super Night Mode, Dynamic Bokeh, AI Passport Photo, 960FPS Slow Motion, and 4K60FPS video recording. Last but not least, the smartphone will be one of the first to receive the Android 12 Beta 1, allowing you to experience the latest features available on the upcoming Android update.
