The realme GT7 Pro launched late last year was an excellent device that showcased the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. We already know a standard edition could launch soon, but a realme GT7 Pro Racing Edition could also be on the way.

Recently, it was announced that the realme GT7 Pro Racing Edition would launch on 13 February 2025. The company claims that it has created a "pure-blooded performance flagship". Vague translations aside, what this means is the Racing Edition would improve performance in certain aspects. One aspect is the RAM, which is 16GB instead of 12GB. The phone also uses UFS 4.1 storage for faster loading speeds.

There will also be AI features to help users play MOBA games, but this could be limited to specific supported titles. Based on teasers, the phone will have a tool to help gamers with more efficient use of in-game gold, better laning (MOBA players will know the term), as well as other AI-powered support features.

Instead of an upgrade in performance, the realme GT7 Pro Racing Edition sounds more like a gaming-specialised variant of the GT7 Pro. Would that appeal to you? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
