The smaller version of the realme Pad, the realme Pad Mini was previously spotted getting FCC certified and now, it looks like the tablet would be released soon. In fact, realme has already teased about the Pad Mini’s upcoming launch which pretty much confirms its specs.
According to realme Philippines, the Pad Mini will be making its official debut in the country soon. However, no launch date or pricing has been revealed by realme just yet.
What’s confirmed are the specs of the Pad Mini, which is pretty close to what’s allegedly been leaked before. These include an 8.7-inch display with a resolution of 1340x800 and a 6400mAh battery.
Furthermore, the Pad Mini also supports 18W quick charging. Under the hood, it is powered by a Unisoc T616 CPU and comes with either a 3/32GB or a 4G/64GB configuration.
realme would only be releasing variants of the Pad Mini above that are equipped with LTE at launch. A 3GB/32GB WiFi-only version will only follow up after the initial launch period in the Philippines.
Other things to note about the Pad Mini include support for up to 1TB of expandable storage, its weigh of only 372g and its thickness of only 7.6mm. Moreover, the tablet has an aluminium alloy body design that comes in either grey or blue.
So, what do you guys think of the Pad Mini so far? Would you purchase it should realme made it available in Malaysia too?
