realme has been releasing its smartphones and AIoT products rapidly. A few days ago, we spotted the realme V5 on TEENA and now it also appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform which is set to go official in China tomorrow. Although we are still unsure of when it will be released in Malaysia but let’s take a look at the tech specs first.
According to the source, the realme V5 known as model number RMX2111 or RMX2112 scored 2493 in the single-core test and 6555 in its multi-core test. The realme V5 comes with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 720 5G chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Seeing it with two model numbers, it may have another variant that comes with 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage.

It comes with a 6.5-inch punch-hole FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. As for the cameras, it sports a 48MP main camera, 8MP Ultrawide Camera, 2MP Macro lens, 2MP Depth Sensor, and a 16MP selfie camera on the front. The realme V5 also equipped with a 5000mAh battery supporting a 30W fast charging that runs on Android 10.
Furthermore, there are three color variants for the realme V5 which are the Silver, blue, and green color. Besides, there’s a more advanced version of the realme V5 with the model number RMX2121 spotted on TEENA that might be the realme V5 Pro version but we did not get much info on that yet.
With that said, do take the tech specs with a grain of salt as there are still no official information provided by realme, also no news on the Malaysia release date and local pricing for now.
