Today, realme finally revealed the realme X7 Max 5G and it's a big one. It's important to note that this is India's first Dimensity 1200 chipset and besides that, a new realme Smart TV 4K also appeared. But let's talk about the smartphone.
As mentioned earlier, the X7 Max 5G features a Dimensity 1200 chipset and comes in two memory variants - 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The Super AMOLED display measures 6.43-inches with a 120Hz refresh rate and you can see a 16MP punch-hole front camera. The triple rear camera consists of a 64MP + 8MP ultrawide + 2MP macro lens.
The battery pack is 4500mAh and as expected, it's sporting realme's trademarked 50W SuperDart charging. While the realme UI 2.0 is based on Android 11, realme said that it will be upgradable to Android 12 when it's ready in the near future. It's worth noting that a pair of Dolby Atmos Dual Stereo Speakers are available too so that's nice.
In terms of pricing, the 8GB + 128GB model is 26,999 Rupees (~RM1536) whereas the 12GB + 256GB model is 29,999 Rupees (~RM1706). We won't be surprised if realme Malaysia imports this phone into Malaysia at all. So until then, stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
