After a whole of releasing a barrage of realme phones in 2020 (every month), realme Malaysia is back once again and they plan to release the realme X7 Pro 5G on 26 January 2021. It will be on livestream via realme Facebook page which the local price is to be announced.
The realme X7 Pro was actually released back in September 2020 back in China. To recap the tech specs, it features a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset with 5G connectivity, up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. There is also a 6GB + 128GB memory variant so we shall see which model are they planning to import.
Perhaps the highlight of the specs is none other than the 4500mAh battery which supports 65W SuperDart charging technology. The 6.55-inch Super AMOLED display can support up to 120Hz refresh rate as well as up to 240Hz touch sampling rate. In terms of camera, it features 64MP (main)+ 8MP (ultrawide)+ 2MP (portrait) + 2MP (macro lens).
realme phones are popular in Malaysia because of their budget price range, but this one seems to be a flagship-level with the given specs. It might be close to RM2K max but we shall see soon next week. Stay tuned for the official news launch at TechNave.com.
