
realme has unveiled a new concept smartphone that pushes the limit of battery technology via its popular “GT” Series. Lauding itself as a “battery tech pioneer”, realme showed off the concept smartphone packed with a whopping 10,000mAh battery, so read on to learn more.
Taking to its official Facebook account, realme, through a couple of posts, teased about the concept smartphone. In one of the posts, the concept smartphone was revealed in all its glory, showing off a regular size that’s not out of place in today’s market.

According to a report by Fone Arena, despite the tablet-sized battery, the concept smartphone is under 8.5mm thick and weighs just over 200g. Furthermore, it integrates an ultra-high silicon-content anode battery with a 10% silicon ratio - the highest in the industry.
realme further claims that the battery has an energy density of 887Wh/L. Additionally, the concept smartphone has a “mini diamond architecture” internally, which allows for space to fit the large battery, including the narrowest Android mainboard at 23.4mm.
