The two robots, named as QQ (after senQ) and TiTi is an initiative by senQ to transform in-store retail into a robotics powered experience for the Malaysian consumers to promote products in creative ways. Linked to a tablet online and running on a basic operating system, customers can select questions in key categories from key value propositions to product information, as well as understanding promotions such as the store's PlusOne Loyalty Program and knowing what's the highlight of the month.

At this moment, only the senQ store in One Utama has QQ and TiTi at its disposal and according to Lim Kim Heng, Managing Director of senQ Digital Station, he mentioned that the robots will eventually be spread across all senQ stores. Upon asking the reason why senQ invested in this technology, it's also because robotics is currently the fastest growing and advanced technology used in various industries, especially in the retail industry where humanoid robots are becoming a norm to attract and appeal to the crowd.

"QQ the female and TiTi the male sales advisor, are inspired by my vision to create an iconic name for these robot-powered sales advisor, a name known by all as one that represents senQ innovative service-oriented mission," said Mr Lim during his speech.
