With Disney+ Hotstar as a new TV streaming player in the Malaysian market, there comes another one known as sooka. sooka is kind of like Astro's little project but aiming at the Millenials as the target audience with free streaming TV shows and movies, as well as on-demand live sports from RM15.90 per month.
So yes, you can download the sooka app on both iOS and Android platform but besides that, there are other plans too. For one, there's a VIP+Sports plan priced at RM41.90 per month but as a special launch, the promotion is RM15.90 per month for now. The other plan that's also using the same price is the VIP Entertainment plan which features local drama series, shows and movies that are sooka exclusives and originals.
For live sports, the UEFA EURO 2020 will be part of the VIP+Sports plan where all the football fans can watch all the live matches. Alternatively, users who are interested in only watching their favourite teams can purchase a single UEFA EURO 2020 pass at only RM7.90 per match. Other sports tournaments include the BWF World Championships, English Premier League, Moto GP, Formula 1 Championships, Wimbledon Grand Slam, and more.
