One of the largest internet service providers in Malaysia, unifi is currently undergoing maintenance and infrastructure upgrading works nationwide. Set to be completed within approximately 24 hours, certain areas will be experiencing a disruption to their connections while the works are ongoing.
Shared via its official Twitter account, unifi said that the maintenance and upgrading works are essential in giving customers the ultimate internet experience. Furthermore, unifi has also asserted that it will be notifying users should their areas are affected by any disruption due to the ongoing works.
Hence, if you’re a unifi customer in a location where service disruption would occur, you’d be receiving an SMS from unifi via the number 66555. The internet service provider has also assured affected customers that it will try its best to finish the maintenance and upgrading works within 24 hours, hence it should be finished by the end of today.
