vivo 40 Lite full specs and features leaked - Malaysia release imminent?

vivo V40 Lite is an upcoming mid-range smartphone and has recently been spotted in Bluetooth SIG and GCF certification. According to GizmoChina, renowned analyst, Sudhanshu Ambhore shared additional details on 91Mobiles, revealing the full specifications and design of this global variant that may be targeted for the European market.

The vivo V40 Lite features a curved edge design, thin bezels and a punch hole in the centre on the front screen while a large round camera island and Aura LED flash on the back. The device will be available in White and Maroon colour options.

The vivo V40 Lite is expected to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP sensor on the back, while the front features a 32MP selfie camera. The frame of the device appears to be made of plastic material and will house the audio and power buttons on the right side.

The device is powered by a 5,500mAh battery that supports 44W wired fast charging. Other notable features include an under-display fingerprint scanner, dual SIM support, IP64 water and dust resistance and 8GB virtual RAM expansion support. vivo V40 Lite will run Android 14 operating system with FunTouch OS custom skin.

We have yet to confirm the Malaysia release date for the device. However, we could expect it to arrive very soon. Hopefully, everything goes well for vivo.
