vivo NEX's durability test shows off how tough the elevating front camera is

So during vivo Malaysia's presentation on the vivo NEX, they showed a clip which I thought was really good and it addresses everyone's question - is the pop-up camera good? And what happens if it gets busted? Well, wonder no more because the pop-up front camera is really sturdy!

Just in case you can't watch the video, they did an experiment on showcasing the sturdiness of the front camera. What they did was placing 8 NEXes on a roundtable supporting a round glass which is 40kg with the front camera (really). If that's not impressive enough, they decided to put on a dancer (weighing 50kg) on the round glass and do a ballet dance on it including jumping and tapping. Haiya, you should really watch the video by yourself lah. No camera tricks!

The vivo NEX is currently now on pre-order until 27 July 2018 for RM2799, featuring a 6.59-inch Ultra FullView display, Snapdragon 845 chipset, a pop-up 8MP front camera, an in-display fingerprint scanner, a Screen SoundCasting technology and more. You can check out how the pre-order can be done here and stay tuned for more vivo news at TechNave.com.
