Some phones have really short refresh cycles, which kinda boggles the mind as it risks cannibalising sales. But we're not marketing experts, so let's not talk about that. Instead, let's talk about the vivo S10 that may just be around the corner.

According to Digital Chat Station, the vivo S10 series is already on its way, mere months after the vivo S9 series was announced on 3 March 2021. It will directly compete with the OPPO Reno6 series, which was also launched roughly 6 months after the release of the Reno5 series. Anyway, he implied that the S10 would feature an L-shaped triple-camera setup at the back. The company's next flagship device could also use the same L-shape configuration.

What else can we expect from the vivo S10 series? The vivo S9 featured MediaTek's Dimensity 1100, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of internal storage. It also has a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, as well as a triple-camera setup (64MP+8MP+2MP) at the back. Since it's meant to compete with the OPPO Reno 6 series, which has a focus on mobile photography, we might see an improved camera setup. Maybe we might even see a 108MP main camera?

Mind you, that's just my speculation, so don't take my word for it. Regardless, vivo will definitely improve the new model in some way. Until we get some update on this, do stay tuned to TechNave.com for other news on the latest mobile gadgets.
