The vivo S7 5G has finally been launched on 3 August. Not only boasting the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset, but the device also has a camera setup that some of you might love to get at a relatively affordable price. Now, let's take a look at what are the tech specs and features that the vivo S7 has for us!
The vivo S7 sports a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,400px resolution (20:9) and HDR support. Unfortunately, it uses a 60Hz refresh rate screen rather than following the trend by going with higher ones. Under the display, there is a fingerprint sensor and a 4,000mAh battery that supports a 33W fast charge.
Coming to photography, the device houses a triple-camera setup that brings a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens that doubles as a macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there will be a dual-camera setup that features a 44MP main sensor with an autofocus lens at f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Both front and back main sensors support electronic video stabilization plus the latest Super Night modes from vivo.
Besides those, the device also supports 5G (SA/NSA), dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1 with aptX HD and LDAC, plus NFC. It has a dual-sim card slot that has no place for a micro-SD card. There will be no 3.5mm audio jack as well but it still supports Hi-Res Audio through a USB-C headset.
The vivo S7 will be available with only one size of RAM which is 8GB. However, there will be two internal storage options with the 128GB variant selling at 2,800 Yuan (~RM1,692) and the 256GB variant at 3,100 Yuan (~RM1,873). For the colours, it will come in Black, White, and Monet which has a mixed gradient of purple and blue.
