vivo V11's Halo FullView display is bigger than you think

vivo Malaysia has been steadily teasing about their upcoming vivo V11 smartphone to Malaysia. They are still quite tight-lipped about it, though, as they are still teasing the same thing on their Facebook page about having a Halo FullView display. That being said...what the heck is a Halo FullView display?

It doesn't take a scientist to figure out that the name is probably just a placeholder for the Waterdrop notch. And before you start accusing that vivo stole the idea from OPPO, you ought to know that both of the companies are basically under the same roof so...there's that. But is there anything else to the fancy display name? Well yes, turns out that the display is confirmed to be 6.41-inch and it's Super AMOLED with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio which is not seen on mid-range phones that often. The side bezels are also measured just 1.76mm and 3.8mm at the bottom only, effectively making the screen-to-body ratio up to 91.27%!

So...yeah, this is the Halo FullView display by vivo. It's also worth mentioning that it will have an in-display fingerprint sensor too so that's one heck of a device to look forward to. Stay tuned for more vivo news at TechNave.com.
