Today, vivo Malaysia has officially announced the new vivo V23e series. There are actually two models - one with 5G and the other with 4G for the price of RM1599 and RM1399 respectively. The pre-order for the phones are now available until 17 December 2021 with freebies worth up to RM559.
Interestingly, the freebies vary depending on the places you pre-order. If you pre-order the V23e 5G from online channels, you will receive an Automatic Soap Dispenser Gift Box, 1-Year Extended Warranty, and 1-Year Screen Crack Protection worth RM518. Online channels include the vivo official E-store, E-commerce partners including Lazada and Shopee, and vivo authorised dealers and collaboration partners.
Meanwhile, buyers who pre-order the same phone model from vivo concept stores will be receiving a Portable Bluetooth Speaker LED Alarm Clock, Tumbler, VIU TV 1-Month Premium Membership card, 1-Year Extended Warranty, and 1-Year Screen Crack Protection worth RM559. Then for those who pre-order the V23e will receive a Backpack, 1-Year Extended Warranty, and 1-Year Screen Crack Protection, worth RM459.
As for the tech specs for the V23e series, both are quite similar and the only difference is the chipset, some camera sensors and the 5G connection. You can refer to the list below:

Customers are entitled to additional deals upon pre-ordering both devices at the vivo Malaysia E-store. This includes a purchase-with-purchase deal for the vivo TWS 2 series at a 50% discount, and daily offers including Bluetooth Speaker, GrabFood vouchers, Shopee/Lazada vouchers, and Wireless Headphone.
