vivo V30 Lite 5G release - SD 695 SoC, 50MP selfie camera & 120Hz AMOLED at ~RM2441

vivo has released its latest mid-range offering in Mexico, the vivo V30 Lite 5G. Packing some compelling specs at its price range, read on to find out more about the device. 

Under the hood, the V30 Lite 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. There’s also a 4800mAh battery with support for 44W charging via the USB-C port.

Screen-wise, it’s a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED with FHD+ resolution, 800 nits peak brightness and a punch-hole cutout at the top centre housing the 50MP selfie camera. At the rear, the device sports a 64MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP portrait triple-camera setup. 

Other notable specs include a microSD card slot, Android 13 via FunTouch OS 13, an in-display fingerprint scanner, 5G connectivity, dual SIM and colour options of either Jungle Green or Desert Gold. In Mexico, the V30 Lite 5G is priced at MXN8999 or ~RM2441, with global availability yet to be revealed. 

It’s the official smartphone for the upcoming EURO 2024 football competition though, so it’s highly likely that the device will have a wide release and promotion globally.
