Smartwatches used to be the domain of a few select brands. But these days, there are so many options available to us. For example, there's the vivo Watch that launched last year, becoming the brand's first smartwatch. And now there's a successor to it.

According to Digital Chat Station, vivo is launching a new smartwatch that builds on its predecessor. This probably means we'll be seeing the same design and features, with some upgrades on top of that. But what kind of upgrades can we expect? The tipster claims that the vivo Watch 2 will come with eSIM support, better app integration, and a round dial.

The first vivo Watch launched in September 2020, so it won't be surprising for a successor to arrive soon. Anyway, it has features like blood-oxygen monitoring, an AMOLED display, 5ATM water resistance, and more. In terms of size, it's available in 42mm and 46mm sizes, so we're expecting the vivo Watch 2 to be the same.

The tipster also talked about the upcoming realme smartwatch, which is expected to have 5ATM water resistance, a round dial, audio via Bluetooth, and more. With so many smartwatches available these days, what makes you pick one brand over the other? Share your preferences in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
