vivo X200 FE release - 6500mAh battery, Dimensity 9300+ SoC and triple 50MP cameras

Previously, we reported that the vivo X200 FE will launch in Taiwan on 23 June. Indeed, the smartphone is now live in the country, so read on to learn more.

The X200 FE is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. Meanwhile, the battery is a massive 6500mAh cell, which supports 90W charging via the USB-C port, all in a compact 72mm wide and 155mm tall body, which weighs 186g and has a thickness of 7.99mm. 

The compact nature of the device, at least based on today’s market, is further exemplified by its 6.31-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, which has an FHD+ resolution and a centre punch-hold cutout housing the 50MP selfie camera. At the rear, the main camera is a 50MP IMX921 shooter paired with an 8MP ultra-wide and a 50MP IMX882 prism periscope shooter.

Other notable specs include Android 15 via Funtouch OS 15, an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IP68/69 rating, and colour options of either Black, Pink, Yellow or Blue. No pricing has been announced just yet in Taiwan, with the smartphone set to launch in Malaysia soon too, though no exact date has been mentioned just yet.
