As we’ve reported previously, the vivo X200 Series will launch in China this 14 October. Hyping up its release, the company has teased some of the series’ key specs, including how it’ll be the first smartphone series with LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM.
Taking to Weibo, vivo revealed that the X200 Series will be powered by the next-gen RAM. While the company didn’t reveal many details about the memory configuration, it is believed that the LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM is the high-speed RAM introduced by Samsung back in July.

This would mean that it could transfer data at a whopping 10.7Gbps. It’ll also offer a performance increase of up to 25 per cent and a 30 per cent larger capacity than the standard LPDDR5X RAM.
Besides that, the X200 Series will also be the first smartphone powered by the recently unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Pro SoC. For the full specs and features, we just have to wait until tomorrow, so until then, stay tuned to TechNave for more trending tech news.
