vivo, which is currently attending the Boao Forum for Asia, is showcasing its new mixed-reality headset and discussing 6G technology. Their smartphone, the X200 Ultra, was chosen as the official smartphone at the forum. So, what should you know about it?
In conjunction with this, the vivo X200 series, which is currently only available in standard and Pro variants on the market, will also be offered with an X200 Ultra version. Plus, vivo confirmed that the X200 Ultra will be launched next April alongside the X200s.
Additionally, the vivo X200 Ultra will have three camera modules, including an 85mm periscope with a special 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor. The main camera uses a 35mm lens with a 50MP Sony LYT-818 sensor and a 14mm ultra-wide camera. The X200 Ultra is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, not the Dimensity 9400.
Moreover, vivo is rumoured to be collaborating with Fujifilm and Zeiss for the development of the device's camera. However, the X200 Ultra may be exclusive to the Chinese market. We have yet to confirm other tech specs or the Malaysia release date for the device. So, we should wait for more confirmation from vivo.
