After a month of its launch in China, vivo Malaysia has finally released the vivo X300 and X300 Pro here. Here's everything you need to know about the prices, promotion, availability and local specs for the Malaysian market.
Pricing, Pre-Orders and Promotions
The vivo X300 (16GB + 512GB) is priced from RM3899, while the vivo X300 Pro (16GB + 512GB) starts at RM4699. Both models are available for pre-order until 21 November 2025 at vivo Concept Stores and online via vivo Malaysia’s official site. There's also an X300 (12GB + 256GB) model for RM3599, but it is exclusively online.
Early adopters will receive exclusive pre-order gifts worth up to RM2872, with three bundle options available. From 22 November 2025 to 28 February 2026, vivo’s Instalment Plan Promotion offers up to 24 months of 0% instalment payments and RM100 instant rebates via partner banks such as Public Bank, OCBC, UOB, and AmBank. Affin Bank customers can enjoy a RM100 instant rebate and 5x AFFIN Rewards Points, while Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options include:
- SPayLater: 15% off (up to RM150, min spend RM1,000) with instalments up to 24 months
- PayLater by Grab: RM100 off (min spend RM1,000) with 0% instalments up to 4 months
A trade-in program runs from 22 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, offering an extra rebate of up to RM300 for eligible devices. vivo also offers a Purchase-With-Purchase (PWP) promotion for X300 Series owners, including the Telephoto Extender and Grip Kit for enhanced photography experiences. At the heart of both models lies the Dimensity 9500 chipset, co-developed by vivo and MediaTek on the TSMC N3P process. The chipset combines a 3rd Gen all-big-core CPU with a 12-core G1-Ultra GPU and an ultra-efficient NPU that doubles AI performance while cutting power use in half.
Battery performance also takes a leap forward with the BlueVolt Battery System, featuring fourth-generation silicon anode technology and semi-solid electrolytes for higher capacity and reliability. The vivo X300 Pro houses a 6510mAh battery, while the X300 includes a 6040mAh unit, both supporting 90W FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging.
