vivo is set to release a new mid-ranger in China, which confusingly has the same name as another device it offered in other markets, the vivo Y100 5G. Ahead of the launch, the company is hyping the device by revealing its key specs, which you can find out more about below.
First up, the Y100 5G will feature a 64MP main camera with OIS, part of a dual-camera setup at the rear. The secondary shooter was not revealed, though do expect just a depth sensor as with other vivo mid-range offerings.

Besides that, vivo also confirmed that the device will sport a curved 120Hz OLED panel with uniform bezels all around. Renders of the device also showed a punch-hole cutout at the top centre housing the front-facing shooter.
Another confirmed spec is the 5000mAh battery, which is quite impressive given that the Y100 5G is only 7.49mm thin, as well as up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Lastly, the device is spotted in light blue and green.

For the full specs and price, we just have to wait until launch day in China on 27 October at 2.30pm local time. Until then, stay tuned to TechNave for the latest tech news such as this!
