vivo has released a new 5G version of the vivo Y19, which was released some 6 years ago, aptly named the vivo Y19 5G. Featuring some competitive specs for a low price, read on to learn more.
Under the hood, the Y19 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC paired with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB storage. Battery-wise, it’s a 5500mAh cell which supports 15W charging via the USB-C port.
Meanwhile, the display is a 6.74-inch 90Hz LCD with an HD resolution and a water-drop notch housing the 5MP selfie shooter. At the rear, the main camera is a 13MP shooter paired with a secondary 0.08MP sensor.
Other notable specs include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Android 15 via FuntouchOS 15, an IP64 rating and colour options of either Titanium Silver or Majestic Green. In India, the Y19 5G starts at INR10499 or ~RM530, with global availability yet to be announced.
