vivo is launching a new entry-level smartphone, the vivo Y19s, in Malaysia and it’s already listed on its official website. Featuring some competitive specs for the low price, read on to learn more.
Under the hood, the Y19s is powered by a UNISOC Tiger 612 SoC paired with 4/6/8GB RAM and 64/128/256GB storage. Battery-wise, it’s a massive 5500mAh cell which supports 15W charging via the USB-C port.
Meanwhile, the screen is a 6.68-inch LCD with an HD+ resolution and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 5MP selfie shooter. At the rear, the main camera is 50MP and is paired with a secondary sensor.
Other notable specs include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, up to 4G connectivity, dual SIM + microSD hybrid slot, Bluetooth 5.2, Funtouch OS 14, an IP64 rating, dual stereo speakers, a 4-year battery health and colour options of either Glossy Black, Glacier Blue or Pearl Silver. In Malaysia, the Y19s starts at RM449 (4/64GB) and is expected to ship on 12 November.
