vivo Y200 GT release - SD 7 Gen 3 SoC, 144Hz AMOLED and 6000mAh battery from ~RM1036

As we’ve alluded to previously, vivo today launched its latest mid-ranger, the vivo Y200 GT in China. Featuring some competitive specs at an affordable price point, read on to find out more about the device.

The Y200 GT is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC paired with either 8 or 12GB RAM and 128, 256 or 512GB storage. Under the hood, there’s also a massive 6000mAh battery which supports 80W charging via the USB-C port.

Display-wise, it’s a 6.78 144Hz AMOLED with a 1.5k resolution and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 16MP selfie shooter. At the rear is where you’ll find the 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP secondary lens. 

Other notable specs include an in-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.4, dual SIM, Android 14 via Origin OS 4 and colour options of either Storm or Thunder. In China, the Y200 GT starts at CNY1599 or ~RM1036. 

As of the time of writing, vivo has yet to unveil whether the device will make its way to markets outside of China. Until then, stay tuned to TechNave for more trending tech news such as this.
