vivo Y28 4G release - 6000mAh battery, 50MP main camera & 90Hz LCD at ~RM938

vivo has just released its latest affordable smartphone offering in Singapore, the vivo Y28 4G. Featuring some compelling specs for the price, read on to find out more. 

Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. There’s also a massive 6000mAh battery, which supports 44W charging via the USB-C port.

Display-wise, it’s a 6.68-inch 90Hz LCD with a 1000 nits peak brightness and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 8MP selfie shooter. At the rear, there’s a 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP secondary sensor. 

Other notable specs include an IP64 rating, Android 14 via Funtouch OS 14, Bluetooth 5.0, dual SIM + microSD card hybrid slot and colour options of either Gleaming Orange or Agate Green. In Singapore, the Y28 4G is priced at SGD269 or ~RM938.
