vivo Y38 5G release - SD 4 Gen 2 SoC, 6000mAh battery and 44W charging

vivo has released its latest smartphone offering in Taiwan, the mid-ranger vivo Y38 5G. No official pricing has been announced just yet but the full specs and features are already live on its official Taiwanese website. 

Under the hood, the Y38 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. There’s also a massive 6000mAh battery with support for 44W charging via the USB-C port.

In terms of display, the device sports a 6.68-inch 120Hz IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution, 1000 nits peak brightness and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 8MP selfie camera. At the rear, you’ll find the 50MP main camera paired with a secondary 2MP camera. 

Other notable specs include NFC, dual SIM, 5G connectivity, stereo speakers with a 300 per cent volume mode and colour options of either Pacific Blue or Dark Green. Well, stay tuned to TechNave for the official pricing when it’s announced and more trending tech news such as this.
