vivo is expected to launch two new smartphones in China soon, the vivo Y50 5G and vivo Y50m 5G. This is after both devices were spotted on the China Telecom database with almost identical specs.

Spotted by TheTechOutlook, the Y50 5G has the model number V2443A, while the Y50m 5G is listed as V2443BA. The almost identical model numbers allude to them being in the same smartphone series with only slight differences.
Accordingly, the listings show both smartphones being powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC paired with 4/6/8/12GB RAM and 128/256GB storage.
Battery-wise, they sport a large 6000mAh lithium cell, while the screen is a 6.74-inch display with a water-drop notch. The Y50m 5G’s display has a 1600 x 720p resolution, while the Y50 5G’s screen resolution wasn’t listed.
Other specs revealed include a 5MP selfie shooter, a 13MP main camera, a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
