vivo has finally brought the 2021 version of the Y55s to the market. This time, the brand has also added the latest communication technology to the device, and it's 5G. Let's read on to find out the other upgrades that the new vivo Y55s 5G has.
The new variant sports a 6.58-inch LCD with Full HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch for an 8MP camera. Under the hood, it gets powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The other highlight of this device is the battery capacity. It has a 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging support, becoming the biggest ever in any vivo smartphone.
Furthermore, there's also a dual-camera setup, which features a 50MP f/1.8 primary sensor and a 2MP f/2.4 one for macro shots from up to 4cm. The 2021 vivo Y55s will run OriginOS 1.0 based on Android 11. It will be available in Blue, Pink, or Black colour for CNY1,699 (~RM1,130) and paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
