vivo Y77t release - Dimensity 7200 SoC, 50MP main camera & 44W charging from ~RM891

After being spotted on Google Play Console last month, the vivo Y77t has finally been released in China today. Featuring some competitive specs for the price, read on to find out more about the smartphone. 

First up, the Y77t is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC paired with up to 12GB and 256GB storage. There’s also a 5000mAh battery under the hood, which supports up to 44W fast charging via the USB-C port.

As for the display, the Y77t sports a 6.64-inch 120Hz LCD with a Full HD+ resolution and a punch hole cutout at the top centre which houses an 8MP selfie camera. Meanwhile, the rear has a 50MP main + 2MP dual-camera setup. 

Other notable specs include 5G connectivity, dual SIM, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Android 13 OS via OriginOS and Bluetooth 5.3. It’s offered in three colour options, namely Phoenix Gold, Black and Jade Green.

In China, the Y77t is priced at CNY1399 or ~RM891 for the base 8/256GB model and CNY1599 or ~RM1019 for 12/256GB. As of the time of writing, vivo has yet to reveal whether the device would be sold outside of China.
