Are you looking for a budget phone? If the answer is yes, this phone might catch your interest. Recently, vivo launched the new vivo Y78t. That said, what should you know about it?

For your information, the device was spotted on 3C certification database with the model number V2312BA. It also received TENAA certification recently. Today, the device has been launched quietly in China.

In case you didn’t know, this phone runs Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and OriginOS 3.0 (Android 13). The device comes in 3 variants - 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. That should provide you with a healthy number of options.

In addition, the vivo Y78t runs 6.64-inch LCD panel, FHD+, 1080 x 2388 pixels, and up to 120Hz refresh rate. It also features a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device, 6000mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging. Simply put, this budget phone’s specs are quite solid.

Camera-wise, the phone runs a 50MP primary camera, a 2-megapixel bokeh lens, and an LED flash. It also has an 8MP front-camera. Plus, the phone sports other neat additions such as dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone has 2 colours - Dreamy Gold and Flare Black.

On a closer look, you might notice the device is a rebrand of iQOO Z8x that was launched last August. We have yet to confirm the Malaysia release date for this device. However, we could expect its arrival in a few months.
