vivo is rumoured to launch a tablet this year and it looks like it will be happening soon. According to the source, the company's first tablet is expected to be presented together with the upcoming vivo X60 Pro+ on 21 January. Earlier in June 2020, the company had trademarked for 'vivo Pad' alongside other names including 'iQOO Pad', 'iQOO Book', 'NEX Book', and 'NEX Pad'. From there, it looks like 2021 is the year when we'll see quite a number of tablet products being introduced by vivo. If the first tablet didn't arrive on 21 January, a close launch window is still expected.
Nowadays, smartphone companies are putting extra effort into expanding their product catalogs with more range of products. Therefore, it is no surprise to see that vivo wants to have a piece of the tablet market as well. For now, it is still unsure what are the tech specs, features, or even design that vivo will bring to the table with its first tablet, but we'll find out soon!
