Jovi? Who? That's a name that you come across often but it's vivo's own virtual assistant like Siri and Bixby minus the voice recognition since it solely relies on Google Assistant. Jovi was first introduced in the China market during mid-2018, but it has finally made its way to Malaysia with the vivo V11. Now let's see what can Jovi do.
According to the V11 video commercial, it seems that Jovi is capable of providing weather forecast, your upcoming events, exercising data and even your favourite sports team by display results. From our experiment, this is called Jovi Smart Scene which can be found by pulling down the notification slide from the top and tapping on the colourful Y-ish logo. In addition to that, since vivo is collaborating with Google, the V11's camera is integrated with Google Lens technology allowing you to identify objects and subjects to perform an intelligent online search.
On the other hand, you can also find AI Game Mode along with Jovi in the settings. As most mobile gamers already know, AI Game mode has Floating Call Alerts and Background Calls option during gaming, there's also a new Auto Gaming Mode that keeps your game running in the background without having to shut down your phone.
