Consumers would be familiar with vivo for their camera-focused smartphones and their iQOO gaming devices (which never get released outside of China), but it seems that the company have finally made a move to enter the laptop and tablet market. According to a Chinese media news outlet, vivo was spotted applying for multiple trademarks that end with a "book" and "pad".

According to the screenshot from CNMO below, the most notable ones are IQOOBOOK, NEXPAD, NEXBOOK, BYVIVO, IQOO PAD, and VIVOBOOK. Sources also said that NEXPAD and NEXBOOK could cater to the high-end consumer category, whereas the IQOOBOOK and IQOOPAD are marketed towards the younger generation and we expect that the focus could be on gaming. It's also worth noting that they could be expanding their JOVI AI ecosystem into something else, as the patent in the list means "JOVI Smart Arena" that allows users to view sports results in real-time.

It would be interesting to see a lineup of vivo laptops and tablets in the future, but the company would probably launch them in the Chinese market first before going global.
