From time to time, vivo Malaysia does sell some of their low budget phones on our local shores such as the Y series. You may be familiar with the Y55s, Y66, Y69 and others, so in this latest entry, they are releasing the Y75s in China.

Spotted in China's TENAA, the budget device also appeared the company's website as a rendered image, so this obviously means that it's going to be released quite soon. From a design perspective, it looks pretty simple enough and presentable as a budget phone, which also oddly looks similar to the V7 model.

We know we've mentioned it as a budget phone many times, but there's no price tag on it yet and for a gadget with low-tier specs, it's interesting to note that it has Game Mode and Jovi AI Assistant. Below is the tech-specs list:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor clocking at 1.8GHz, Adreno 506
  • 4GB of RAM
  • 64GB internal storage (expandable memory up to 256GB)
  • 5.99-inch FullView HD display (18:9 screen-to-body aspect ratio)
  • 13MP primary camera, 16MP front camera
  • Features fingerprint sensor, Game Mode, Jovi AI
  • Supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2
  • FunTouch OS 3.2 based on Android Nougat
  • 3225mAh battery

Lastly, the model will be available in Red, Black, Gold, and Blue. Should vivo Malaysia be importing this set here, we will be the first to let you know. Stay tuned for more vivo news at TechNave.com.
