As many of you may know, WWDC 2021 will be held in the early hours of 8th June 2021 (based on Malaysian time). While Apple could unveil some hardware at the event, most of it will be about software. In fact, there are some leaks for watchOS already.

According to @KhaosT (via MacRumors), a new profile on the Apple App Store for "com.apple.Mind" has been spotted. This could be a mental health app for the Apple Watch. Of course, it's not the first time we've heard of something like this. Back in April 2020, it was rumoured that the Watch Series 6 would be able to detect a user's mental health. That didn't pan out, but maybe Apple is finally ready to implement it.

Besides the unknown Mind app, the leaker also found references to "com.apple.NanoTips" and "com.Apple.NanoContacts". The 'nano' moniker is given to apps exclusive to the Apple Watch. In other words, the Watch Series 7 is expected to have its independent contact list. There could be more apps like that in the works, which would pave the way for the Apple Watch to be fully independent of being connected to an iPhone.

Since these are pulled from the App Store, there's a high chance that the speculation is accurate. Of course, we'll know for sure when Apple makes the announcement later tonight. We'll definitely be reporting on WWDC 2021, so do stay tuned to TechNave for updates!
