Are you ready for another rumour train from Apple? Last year, we were betting on the iPhone SE 2017 model but alas, it never happened and was quickly shot down during Apple's annual WWDC event. However, thanks to new sources, new rumours are suggesting that there will be a new iPhone SE again this year, according to the Taiwanese market research firm TrendForce.

According to sources, the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 7 smartphone will be one of the first to use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. From Xiaomi's official WeChat channel, they have confirmed that the Mi 7 is ready with wireless charging technology. But what kind of wireless charging technology is it?

Kicking off this new year, vivo Malaysia has decided to put up a #SeeMalaysiawithvivo online photo contest for every Malaysian traveller and photographers to submit their photos taken with the vivo V7 and V7+. The photo contest will run until the end of January and contestants can submit a wide variety of themes, such as places, festivals, food and others.

According to TENAA, China's official regulator association, it seems that HMD Global will be releasing one of the first new phones of 2018. Apparently, after years of teasing the Samsung YOUM flexible display, a Samsung patent for one such device has been made. Dug up by LetsGoDigital, the patent describes a flexible and foldable colour screen that rolls up into either a cylinder or rectangular case that may have a fingerprint sensor, controller and power source.
