Samsung has always been known as one of the best smartphone brands out there. With each of the Galaxy S series model introduced, they've won the consumer's heart. But what exactly makes their S series so great? Is it just because of the larger screen, higher spec, or better camera? So today we will take a look at the key features of every generation of the Samsung Galaxy S series to see the evolution of the latest Samsung Galaxy S7 edge into the device it is today.

Upping the ante again, U Mobile may be increasing their Hero Postpaid plan's data from 7GB to 15GB with unlimited calls for just RM70 a month. The promotion starts on 15 March 2016 with the extra 8GB of data being offered until 30 June 2016. This does mean that after 3 months and a half, the data will go back to 7GB but it should some good news to existing and new Hero Postpaid customers. The news comes courtesy of Jasmine Lee, U Mobile's CMO and so far isn't updated on the official site just yet but we should know for sure tomorrow.

Samsung have quietly put up their value Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016) on one of their official websites after it was leaked at MWC 2016. No Malaysia release dates or pricing details but rumours say that the WiFi version could go for about $188 (RM769) while the 4G LTE version could retail at $245 (RM1002). Tech specs and features are as follows:

And that's not the best part, customers who pre-book the latest Samsung device via Celcom's website stands a chance to win another FREE Galaxy S7 edge daily until 14 March 2016. We're sure quite a few Malaysians are a bit bummed that Samsung Malaysia are just bringing in the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge without the Samsung Galaxy S7. However, you can now get the Galaxy S7 from RM2899 from third-party sellers like Lazada and SatuGadgetDotCom. Quite obviously, these are AP sets with the warranty tied to the seller but SatuGadgetDotCom and similar sellers should be good for it. So finally, Apple has announced there will be indeed an event on 21 March dispelling the event date rumours. We have no idea what Apple is planning, but with all the previous rumours of the Apple iPhone SE, a 9.7-inch iPad Pro and a new second-generation Apple Watch, we won't be surprised if one of them make an appearance.
