Launching in Malaysia today, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the latest S pen stylus based phablet in Samsung's pioneering phablet range. Thanks to Samsung Malaysia we managed to get some time with the Galaxy Note 4 which you can see in the images below. New features include a premium metal frame, a simplified multi window, photo note and much more. As the phablet in the ASUS ZenFone smartphone range, the ASUS ZenFone 6 sports a larger 6-inch display to go with the usual great looks of the ASUS ZenFone smartphones. Other notable tech specs that set it apart include a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, a 2GHz Intel Atom processor and a 6-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution covered by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. We managed to get some hands-on time with it and put it through it's paces. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and packing in 4G LTE connectivity, the ASUS ZenFone 5 LTE or A500KL continues the ZenFone smartphone range promise of affordably priced yet attractive smartphones. While this is the first ZenFone we've seen to sport a shiny metallic purple back cover it certainly looks as good as the other ZenFone smartphones. The ASUS ZenFone 5 LTE is expected to cost around RM709 with the following tech specs. Almost all of the ASUS ZenFone smartphones offer 3G connectivity, which for most Malaysians is more than enough. However, for those looking for a faster connection, ASUS Malaysia have come out with the ASUS ZenFone 5 LTE or A500KL. Featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that supports 4G LTE connectivity, the ZenFone 5 LTE offers nearly all the same tech specs and features as the 3G ZenFone 5 while maintening the same look and feel as the original. Just announced yesterday, the ASUS Fonepad 8 FE380CG and MeMo Pad 8 ME581CL tablets offer 64-bit processing power and some really nifty features at affordable pricing. Going for just RM1099 for the MeMo Pad 8 ME581CL and RM649 for the Fonepad 8 FE380CG, we managed to some hands-on time with the two tablets so do check them out in the photos below. Revealed in a "one more thing" style yesterday, the ASUS Padfone S smartphone can slot into a 9-inch display tablet dock so you can get the best of both worlds with either a 5-inch display smartphone or a 9-inch display tablet. Both offer full HD 1080p pixel resolutions and the Padfone S definitely looks very premium with a brushed metal frame and rounded backside. According to ASUS Malaysia, the Padfone S has been drop tested from 150cm, which is about chest height and has IPX2 water resistance. In addition to these features, it also has tech specs which are top of the line but is only priced at just RM899 for the smartphone. The dock will be sold separately for RM499 and the Malaysia release date for the Padfone S is expected to be around 15 October 2014.
