Konami Digital Entertainment has recently launched PES Manager featuring football game management and realistic matches shown in 3D for Android and iOS devices. Based on World Soccer Collection S, the top grossing soccer game app in Japan, the game offers more than 1500 star player badges with real player pictures from various EU leagues. The objective of the game is to win and collect player badges and then form a unique team from Europe's top football players. Different play styles and skill sets can be assigned while special skills can be activated during the game. While matches are played in 3D, users can change players on the field, formations and other instructions while the game is playing in real-time. Game campaigns and events through the Facebook page and the PES Manager site are expected to come soon after the app launch. The game is free to play but has in-app purchasing for extra features. For more information, check out PES Manager at Google Play or the App Store.

Huawei Malaysia recently sent us a save the date teaser for 10 June 2014 which you can see for yourself above. Quite obviously it is meant for the Huawei Ascend P7 smartphone and marks the local Malaysia launch date for Huawei's latest flagship smartphone. While it isn't the thinnest smartphone any more, the Ascend P7 still offers a number of refreshed tech specs and features which should be an interesting buy for users, especially if Huawei can offer it at the same tantalizing price as the recently launched Huawei Honor 3C. However, the Ascend P7 has already been released at $626 (RM2026) so this seems like a slim hope. Check out the tech specs and features of the Huawei Ascend P7 below:

In Microsoft's recent "small gathering" the company went on to reveal the largest Surface tablet to date with the official announcement of the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablet. While we thought the "small gathering" hint was pointing at a Surface Mini tablet it was in fact about the Surface Pro 3, which is probably the thinnest tablet in the Surface range. Going for a magnesium casing like the Surface Pro 2, this super thin tablet features a 12-inch display but is 100g lighter than the Surface Pro 2. The bigger screen has a resolution of 2160 x 1440 resulting in 216ppi pixel density.

Just as was hinted by the DiGi registration of interest page for the Xiaomi Mi 3, the second batch of units for the smartphone has been announced for 27 May 2014. In response to the great demand for the first batch (and perhaps all the raging fans not being able to get through Xiaomi servers or PayPal payments) Xiaomi Malaysia have also announced that this second batch will consist of 6000 Xiaomi Mi 3 smartphones. While this is 2000 units more than the previous batch, we think this batch will go just as quickly, especially as some third-party sellers are buying the units in bulk and then reselling them at a higher price afterwards. No news if there are going to be any other limitations this time to stop this from happening, but again we reiterate that there is NO news that Xiaomi Malaysia will stop bringing in the Xiaomi Mi 3 just yet, so if you just wait and be a little patient, you will be able to get the smartphone at the normal retail price of RM889.

Xiaomi Malaysia recently posted that they have sold out their first batch of Xiaomi Mi 3 smartphones and Xiaomi Mi Power Bank in just 17 minutes. While it isn't as fast as Singapore (2 minutes) and China (under 10 minutes), it is probably the fastest time any smartphone seller has managed to sell out their first batch here in Malaysia. While it is understandable due to the limited 4000 units of Mi 3 smartphones and 5000 units of Mi Power Banks, it does set the bar for other online sellers here in Malaysia. That being said, we also hope that all the shipping is done on a timely basis as there have been previous cases of other online sellers selling out quickly but taking forever to ship out products before. As we've said previously, Xiaomi Malaysia will likely bring in more units soon. If you want it that bad, it should definitely be worth waiting for.

After some delay we can finally confirm that yes, the ASUS ZenFone 4 is now available in Malaysia for RM299. Featuring an 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2520 processor, 1GB RAM, 4-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 5MP PixelMaster rear camera and dual-SIM support this is clearly aimed at the entry-level market. True to their word, ASUS Malaysia have brought in the ZenFone 4 at least a week earlier than the end of May 2014 as was earlier reported. We'll be covering more about the ZenFone 4 as soon as we get the review unit so stay tuned for more details.

While Microsoft's upcoming event still hasn't happened yet, quite a few rumours about what could be coming to the event have popped up. This includes the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and Surface Mini tablets. Estimated pricing for the tablets have the Surface Mini coming at $799 (RM2569) with an Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB of RAM and and 64GB of storage. The Surface Pro 3 may come from $1949 (RM6268) and sport an Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. New tech specs and features that have appeared indicate that the Surface Pro 3 could have a larger 12-inch screen as opposed to the 10.6-inch display on the current Surface Pro 2, perhaps suggesting that the Surface Pro 3 isn't a replacement but a new model in the Surface range of tablets. Rumours also indicate that the Surface Pro 3 will be thinner than the Surface Pro 2. The Surface mini on the other hand is expected to pack in a 7.5-inch display with 1080 x 1440 pixel resolution with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The Surface mini will also have Active Pen support and instead of the earlier reported built-in kickstand, will have an accessory cover for that purpose. With the unveiling set for tomorrow, stay tuned for more developments.

Remember the 7-inch display Samsung SM-T2558 tablet with phone capabilities we reported on earlier? While there is still no official announcement yet, the device has passed through China's Tenaa so it has been more or less confirmed. A promo image from SK Telecom, one of South Korea's largest telcos about the device has revealed that it may be called the Samsung Galaxy W, which seems somewhat strange as there is already a 3.7-inch Samsung smartphone with the same name. Looking like an oversized Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 , the new device has a full 7-inch display and with 720p pixel resolution, while very thin bezels make it seem more like a very large phablet than a tablet with phone capabilities. Other tech specs include a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8MP rear camera and microSD support. According to the promo, the new Samsung Galaxy W will come with flip case cover but there are still no specific Malaysia release dates or pricing just yet.
