As an annual event for Huawei, there is bound to be a new Mate series every October and while we aren't surprised of this, Huawei's CEO, Richard Yu has confirmed with everyone that the Mate 20 series featuring the latest Kirin 980 is a-go in the upcoming October 2018.

While GPU Turbo has arrived for the Honor Play, a new schedule has appeared indicating that the Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Pro, Huawei Mate 10, Huawei Mate 10 Pro, Huawei Nova 3 and Huawei Nova 3i could be getting their GPU Turbo updates in August 2018.
