Before we got our Chinese New Year break, the TechNave Chinese team and Samsung Malaysia held an outdoor experience for Samsung fans on 22 January 2022. The one-day experience was the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G: "Lovers' Mountain Hiking Love Diary". It was a fan event held at Sri Bintang Hall where we invited five couples for a hike to watch the sunrise together!
For the uninitiated, here's a thing about hiking to see the sunrise - you usually have to wake up super early just for it (luckily, the editor didn't need to be there, haha). Everyone involved and participating had to gather at 6 AM in the morning at the foot of Sri Bintang Hill. Each couple also carried a Galaxy S21 FE 5G and a Galaxy Watch4 for the outdoor experience.
The event was at 6 AM, but we had to be there at 5 AM!

Photo-taking spree
It took 30 minutes to reach the top, and when we got there, everyone started taking out the Galaxy S21 FE 5G to snap some shots. From shooting the sunrise to taking photos of each other, our special guest, Ken Chu, explained the techniques of shooting with his phone based on his own observations of the five couples.
According to Ken, if the guys want to take a good photo of their girlfriends, the first thing that they need to have is communication. Based on the camera view, you'll have to give suggestions on postures, angles and styles. Knowing how to communicate will cultivate an understanding between the couples.

To recap, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G comes with a triple-camera setup at the back. It features a 12MP (main) + 12MP (ultrawide) + 8MP (telephoto) camera, plus a 32MP front camera that the couples used. Additionally, there is an enhanced night mode, up to 30x zoom, and a special dual camera recording feature. Below are some testimonies that the couples shared from their outing experience with us.

As the event came to the third session, all the participants played some games before ending the hiking trip with a group photo. We then went to a cafe to thank the Samsung fans for taking their time to participate in the event. As a show of appreciation, the TechNave Chinese team also prepared a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 as a prize. All the participants had to do was choose the best girlfriend lock screen photo, which everyone had to vote for.
