There is only about two weeks left before the official release of Honor V8, which is rumoured to happen on 10 May 2016. Just like the Huawei P9, the V8 may also feature a two-lens camera, but without the co-engineered with LEICA part. Nevertheless, according to some new reports online, the Honor V8 will be using a device codename "Knight", and it is expected to house a 5.5-inch FHD display, a Kirin 950 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 8MP front camera, a USB Type-C port and 3000mAh battery. Furthermore, the Honor V8 is assumed to be priced around 2000 Yuan which is about RM1202.

The honor 5X from Huawei’s value added honor branch looks to offer even more value with its shiny, full-metal body, fingerprint scanner enabled features and more for below RM1000. In fact, even the most premium gold coloured version is only going for just RM939 (officially) but is it just premium looks and a few upper-end features or does it really bring enough value to it’s price tag? The popular yet affordable honor 5X is making waves by offering premium features like an all metal body and figerprint sensor for below RM1000. In true honor fashion, the folks at honor India blew up the honor 5X with fireworks. Huawei recently revealed that their honor team in france have been doing very well in the French market particularly for their Thanksgiving sales. The star of the show was the honor 7 which was ranked first in leading online stores such as Amazon France and Rue de commerce with a total sales for the French market surpassing 10000 units as of 27 November 2015. The honor France team attributed this due to various activities such as "Your smartphone story" and collaborations with Deezer and others. Huawei Malaysia recently revealed that 10000 units of their value-busting smartphone, the Huawei Honor 3C will be available at http://www.vmall.my from 11:58am on 8 July 2014. Unlike other third-party dealers and sellers of the Huawei Honor 3C, VMall.my is the official online store for the smartphone and as such, one of the few places in Malaysia to offer the smartphone at it's retail price of RM499. We've noted other sellers offering the smartphone for as high as RM799 and even then, there are still buyers for it. The Huawei Honor 3C brings many value-added tech specs to the market with 2GB of RAM, a quad-core processor, 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. Huawei recently announced the Huawei Honor 6 smartphone, confirming rumours that they'd skip numbers 4 and 5 in their Huawei Honor series of smartphones. Previously codenamed the Huawei Mulan and otherwise known as the Huawei Glory 6 the smartphone offers a number of notable features including a new octa-core Kirin 920 processor from Huawei. This new octa-core chipset has scored better on AnTuTu benchmarks than the Snapdragon 805 so there is a good reason to be excited about this. Other notable tech specs and features include a 5-inch display with full HD 1080p resolution, 3GB RAM, 16GB / 32GB storage and microSD support.
