It seems like the ASUS ROG Phone 4 will be launching real soon. Last month, we reported on the short live hands-on video for the ASUS ROG Phone 4. Today, the smartphone has appeared on GeekBench benchmark website revealing some of the tech specs. 

Based on a statement by Twitter user @yabhishekhd, it seems that the ASUS ROG Phone 5 may have been spotted on Geekbench, hinting that it will come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and up to 16GB RAM. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, it does give us a better idea on what to expect when it is available in the global market.

There have been a few news on the next gaming phone from ASUS recently. Allegedly, the company could skip a number and name it the ROG Phone 5. Some live photos and specs of the phone have been leaked lately, but now some official sources have certified it.

Many of you may have noticed that a lot of brands are launching their flagship phones earlier this year. ASUS seems to be planning an early launch for its latest ROG Phone too, as we've seen several rumours about it. Yesterday, we even got a short live hands-on video.

Last week, ASUS had dropped a teaser for the next-gen ROG Phone on its official Weibo account. The teaser poster hints that the device will receive upgrades that can level up the gaming experience. Until today, the live photo of the device has been spotted and revealed the rear design.

A few days ago, a teaser from ASUS indicated that the ROG Phone 4 could be coming soon. This is a surprise, considering that its predecessor launched less than half a year ago. But with the teaser and some rumours of the phone popping up lately, it's probably coming sooner than later. In fact, there's a new rumour about the charging and battery.

It seems that a teaser image regarding the ASUS ROG Phone 4 has been spotted on ASUS’ official weibo account, hinting that the smartphone is most likely going be to be unveiled very soon. While not much is known in regards to the exact release date, it does give us a better idea on what to expect when it is available in the global market.

ASUS Malaysia has officially announced that you can get the ASUS ROG Phone 3 series, which includes the ASUS ROG Phone 3, as well as the ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, at up to RM400 off. However, do note that the promo period starts from 10 December 2020 until 4 January 2021, so act fast if you’re interested in getting the aforementioned smartphone series.

Based on a statement by mysmartprice.com, it seems that next year’s ASUS ROG Phone 4 might come equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset, as well as the Android 11 operating system. Other than what was mentioned, there is no information in regards to the exact tech specs, pricing, as well as release date for now.
