Calling for all Samsung Galaxy Note fans – while the phone that you know of is now dead, you might have a chance to own Galaxy Note 7 alike phone with better specs by first quarter of year 2017. Don’t get us wrong – we are not talking about the China-made lookalike phones, but instead it is the upcoming Galaxy S8 by Samsung. According to a report, the Samsung Galaxy S8 may support the Galaxy Note’s signature S Pen and Samsung would more likely to sell it as extra accessory instead of integrated into the phone.

Samsung Malaysia officially announced that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) with S Pen is now available in Malaysia. You can get the 10.1-inch tablet at Samsung Experience Stores nationwide in black and white at RM1599 (inclusive of 6% GST). In addition, Samsung will also be including three-months of full acces to iFlix and music streaming via Samsung Milk Music.

The rumours are really flying now with the Mobile World Congress 2016 expo happening just next week. This time around we have leaked info and pics from winfuture.de of the refreshed 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet. Standout features include an improved 800 x 1280 pixel resolution but it is also notable that it does not support the S Pen stylus. More tech specs below but still no Malaysia release dates but it is rumoured to be priced from 169 euros (RM795) for the WiFi version while the 4G LTE version will go for 219 euros (RM1030) sometime in April or March.

Ltd. have unveiled and showcased multiple new technologies that focuses on smarter living for their customers in at the Samsung South East Asia Forum 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After Apple and its iPad Pro it looks like everyone is jumping onto the productivity tablet bandwagon, as Samsung officially announce their Samsung Galaxy TabPro S tablet powered by Microsoft Windows 10 and a 6th Generation Intel Core M processor. Like the iPad Pro, the Galaxy TabPro S follows many of the designs of the original Microsoft Surface Pro range including a keyboard cover and Bluetooth Pen stylus. No Malaysia release dates or pricing details yet but it is expected sometime around February 2016.

Samsung's latest premium tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is now available from U Mobile starting from just RM1269. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a retail price of RM1699 so there isn't that much of a price drop, however you will only have to sign up for a 12 month contract on either an Unlimited 50 or Unlimited 80 postpaid plan. In addition, there is no upfront payment if you qualify for the Limited Time Merdeka Promotion, which means you have to sign up for an extra SIM card for RM10 a month. This means one account must have 1 principal and 1 member. Recently, reports have appeared about Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets that supposedly overheated so much that the back cover warped making an impression or dent on the back. According to Samsung, their new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets are not overheating, rather these back covers that warp are the few defective units. Any user who has such a warped back cover can contact Samsung for a replacement where they will probably replace the cover and not the tablet.
