So yesterday, we managed to get our hands on the upcoming ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2. While we are restricted from showing you any official hands-on photos of the smartphone, we can tell you that most of the rumoured tech specs online are true, and some juicy news on the speculated price tag.

Only a week until the big reveal of the much anticipated ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 as well as the Max M2 and it seems like the tech specs of the smartphone has been leaked. Reportedly, the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 will be rocking the Snapdragon 660 and 4GB RAM while the Max M2 will be sporting the Snapdragon 636 and 4GB of RAM.

ASUS officially teased the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 on the ASUS Indonesia Twitter account. This phone is featured as a gaming smartphone with the hashtag #NextGenerationGaming. The phone will be launched on the 11th of December. Though, we suspect that the device was teased due to a video leaking the device by Youtuber “GadgetsNow”, whose video was removed only a mere few minutes later.

Get ready, everyone! A new gaming phone will be coming to town soon and it is from ASUS. No, it is not another ROG phone, but rather, the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2, which will be unveiled in Indonesia on the 11th of December. The company claims that the phone is a gaming phone but it does not seem likely that it will be running on the same software that the ASUS ROG gaming phone utilizes.

Well known leaker Roland Quandt (@rquandt) today tweeted about the upcoming budget phone by ASUS, which is the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro (M2). He claims that the smartphone could be launched soon in two variants, one with a triple rear camera.

ASUS will be having major discounts on various ASUS electronics such as the ROG Phone Limited Edition Set which is bundled along with all the accessories, ROG Zephyrus M GM501G, ROG Strix Scar Edition GL703G, ASUS VivoBook S430, ASUS VivoBook A411U, ZenFone Max Pro M1 and more on the 11 November 2018.

Do you love price drops on older smartphones? So do we. ASUS Malaysia has just sent an official statement that the ZenFone Max Plus M1 (ZB570TL) and ZenFone 4 Max (ZC520KL) have a new price tag now. Previously selling for RM649 and RM499, the two devices are now RM499 and RM399 respectively!

ASUS Malaysia is back at it again. In conjunction with Lazada's 9.9 Super Sales this coming long weekend, the company will be putting the ZenFone 5z (6GB + 128GB) and the ZenFone Max Pro M1 (6GB + 64GB) on another flash sale on 9 September 2018 only, for a price of RM1699 and RM899 respectively.

The ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 6GB RAM version is now available in Malaysia for RM999 (RM899 for 1 day on 9 September 2018) and we managed to get some hands-on time with it. Packing in practically the same tech specs as the ZenFone Max Pro M1 3GB RAM version, the extra memory comes with upgraded 16MP cameras and offers a bit of a boost to the already midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset and massive 5000 mAh battery it comes with.
