Huawei has confirmed at the Huawei Developer Conference, that several Huawei and Honor devices will be among the first to get the new EMUI 10 update by as early as 8 September 2019. These devices include the Huawei P30, Huawei P30 Pro, Huawei Mate 20, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Huawei Mate 20 X, and the Honor View 20.

Continuing their commitment to Malaysian fans, Huawei Malaysia held their latest NEXT-Image MasterClass photography workshop this Saturday with celebrity Instagrammer smashpOp on portrait photos and mobile photography. Shopee Malaysia has announced the App Protection Warranty programme, which allows users who bought any of the selected Huawei devices (see the list below) from 1 July until 30 September 2019 from participating dealers on Shopee to get a full refund if some apps are not working. Huawei has announced starting today, the Huawei P30 Pro Amber Sunrise will be available on Huawei’s official website starting from RM4399 for 8GB of RAM + 512GB ROM storage configuration along with a free Huawei TalkBand B5 worth RM699.

In conjunction with the Huawei P30 series release in Malaysia, the company's own operating system is also launched with the EMUI 9.1 version.
